Bookkeeper
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience preferred
- Thorough knowledge of QuickBooks
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to effectively prioritize work volume, multi-task and meet deadlines in a time-efficient manner with strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Maintain accounting records in QuickBooks, including A/R, A/P, G/L, payroll, bank reconciliations and financial reports
- Process payroll
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual payroll reports, payments and filings
- Other duties as needed
- Compensation based on experience
