  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work volume, multi-task and meet deadlines in a time-efficient manner with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintain accounting records in QuickBooks, including A/R, A/P, G/L, payroll, bank reconciliations and financial reports
  • Process payroll
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual payroll reports, payments and filings
  • Other duties as needed
