Part-Time Customer Service Associate

The UPS Store is seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Associate. In this role, you’ll assist customers with shipping, printing, and other business services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and offering solutions.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Operating printing and copying equipment.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet performance goals.


  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus).
  • Physical ability to lift packages (up to 50-75 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

Schedule: This is a part-time position with flexible hours, including weekdays and Saturdays.
