Customer Service Representative | Re-Hash Sales Specialist

Guardian Garage Floors is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR).  This role is an extension of our Sales Team designed to solicit honest feedback, reengage and offer service to prior leads over the phone.


Job Duties:

    Conduct customer satisfaction surveys by phone.

    Re-engage with prior leads regarding estimates provided by Sales Team.  

    Ask for their business.

    Offer new pricing incentives for services with leads, send updated estimate, and schedule installation.

    Update information in our CRM platform.


Skills required: 

    Must have strong phone experience and a sales mentality.

    Must have ability to build rapid rapport with customer while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

    Not afraid to ask for the customer’s business.  

    Previous experience in a customer support or scheduling role is desired but not required.

    Familiarity with CRM systems and other technologies.

    Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.

    Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively. 

    Must be organized.

    Coachable.  Must be willing to learn Company story, methodology, product/service information and be coached.  


Compensation:

    Hourly plus commission. *Commission not capped.

    Part time, flexible hours. 20-25 hrs./week.
