Description: Culture starts with you. Whether you realize it or not, you set the tone. Every business has a culture, it shows up in every decision, interaction, and customer experience. You can’t opt out, but you can decide whether it drives your business forward or holds it back.

We'll Cover:  In this workshop Carson will simplify what culture really is, help you assess where yours stands, and show how small, intentional shifts can drive meaningful results. He will share lessons learned and mistakes made while building Eagle’s culture.
